Why do most NAD⁺ supplements not work?Updated 3 months ago

Taking NAD⁺ or NADH is possible, but it makes little sense. These molecules are so large and charged that the body can only absorb 10 to 15% of them. Furthermore, they are unstable molecules and therefore sensitive to moisture, heat, stomach acid and enzymatic degradation.

NR is up to 2.6 times smaller, which means it is absorbed much more easily. This molecule is also more stable and less sensitive to enzymes, for example.
